  • If you experience duplicate charges or billing errors
  • If you cancel your subscription within the refund period outlined below

Refund Period

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription-Specific Terms

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Eligible for full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
  • After 7 days, you may cancel anytime but no refund will be issued for the current billing period
  • Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • After 7 days, partial refunds may be considered for unused months on a case-by-case basis

Lifetime Purchases

  • Eligible for full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for lifetime purchases

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • If you simply change your mind after the 7-day refund period
  • If you fail to use the extension during your subscription period
  • If the issue is caused by your browser, device, or third-party software not affiliated with NeuraBayt
  • If your device does not meet the minimum requirements for running the extension
  • If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Cancellation
