• Pro features: Enhanced capabilities available through paid subscription

User Accounts

To access Pro features, you must create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account or Pro subscription with others

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier provides limited daily usage with basic features. No payment is required.

Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription verification or licensing systems
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro subscription
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuraBayt AI Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any text you input into the extension. Since all processing happens locally on your device, we never access or claim rights to your content.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use Pro features will cease immediately
• The free tier of the extension will continue to function
• You may request deletion of your account data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraBayt AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

"As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated suggestions
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

AI Limitations: The AI may produce inaccurate or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
